The agency's goal is to promote self-confidence and provide a platform for young people to break into fashion and modeling industry. What sets Exquisite apart is that it provides aspiring models with a solid skill set that includes confidence building, posture, learning how to pose, finding your identity within modeling, knowing how to carry yourself as a model, and what to look out for when being in the industry. The company also supports upcoming designers, makeup artists, and hairstylists. Since its launch in April 2015, Exquisite has undergone new management and is working towards bigger and better things.
