Smoking and smoking machines are prohibited in our facility.

Guest & Studio Capacity- Our maximum capacity per session is 10 people.

We kindly ask that guests arrive at different times during your session to

prevent overcrowding in the studio.

Seating on Level 5- We encourage teams to utilize this space and enjoy the available amenities.

The studio will open as planned; kindly refrain from arriving more than 10 minutes early to prevent congestion at the reception area. If you do arrive earlier, please make use of the visitor seating on Level 5. If you happen to be more than 10 minutes late, please notify us. Our staff or owners will be on-site to open the studio, and we can grant access to your team if they arrive before you, but only with your consent

All guests must sign in at reception – Visitors Full Name: Visiting Exquisite 

An Exquisite Studios Access Pass will be issued on-site. A fee of £30.00 will be charged for any lost or damaged passes.

Infinity Cove Rules

Due to the significant maintenance needed for infinity coves, kindly follow these guidelines on your shoot day and make sure to communicate them to your team:
 

• Absolutely no items should be attached to the cove, such as tape, pins, or glitter.

• Please refrain from stepping or jumping on the edges of the cove.

• Ensure that you wear clean or new shoes in the cove; use masking tape on the soles of shoes, and silicone for pointed high heels. Despite regular upkeep, dirty shoes can lead to long-term damage.

• Jumps and rapid movements are prohibited.

• If glitter, paint, ink, makeup, or scuff marks are present, a cleaning fee of up to £100 per room may be applied.

Breakages, Losses, and Damages

1. All equipment is used at the client's own risk, and Exquisite Studios will not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequential losses (including lost profits) resulting from damage to property or loss by the client or third parties, or due to any equipment malfunctions.

2. Clients are responsible for any breakages, losses, or damages that occur to the premises or equipment during their reservation.

3. Clients must examine all provided equipment and notify Exquisite Studios of any damages or unsatisfactory conditions upon delivery. If this is not done, the client will be responsible for any damages incurred. A £300 fee will be charged for any damage to Exquisite Studios' equipment or property, in addition to repair or replacement costs.

4. Exquisite Studios carries liability insurance, and we strongly advise you and your team to obtain public liability insurance.

5. Community groups, organizations, and businesses must ensure they have a safeguarding policy, insurance for their team, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
