Model | Mother | Model Coach | Makeup Artist

Nicole has always had a flair for creativity. Growing up, she enjoyed playing the role of a teacher and often engaged in pretend school sessions with her sisters. As she matured, she realized her passion for working with children and pursued a childcare course in college. However, her plans took a different turn when it was time for university in 2012.

Despite not getting into her desired course initially, Nicole enrolled in an alternative program in Education for three years. During her second year, she found a deep interest in youth studies but remained uncertain about her post-graduation path. In 2013, she relocated to London to avoid the long commute from Basingstoke. Shortly after moving, she was scouted by a fashion student on her way to university, marking the beginning of her modeling journey. Following participation in two successful catwalk shows, Nicole decided to delve further into modeling. Later that year, she was selected for an editorial feature in the magazine "Nu People," which paved the way for her continued presence in the industry.

In August 2013, Nicole signed with the UKBFE modeling agency, leading to more opportunities. Starting as a model, she progressed to become an event assistant and eventually a model coach/coordinator. Through networking and meeting industry professionals, Nicole solidified her position in the field. Notably, she modeled for designer Erwin Michalec at the FDC Young Designers Awards, where she played a key role in his award-winning showcase.

Entering the new year, Nicole refocused on her modeling career. However, she also sought new challenges and ventured into entrepreneurship by becoming a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant. Despite limited knowledge of makeup and skincare, she embraced the learning process with the support of her Mary Kay team, securing two consecutive "Miss MK Image" awards. Additionally, Nicole participated in the Face of Deana Kamille 2014 modeling competition, gaining valuable experience in the competitive industry.

In July 2014, Nicole engaged in the inaugural season of Ever in Vogue, where she not only coached models but also received the "Best Posture" award. Later that year, Nicole, along with Gio and Emmanuel, founded their modeling agency, initially named "Phresh Model Management" and later rebranded as "Exquisite Model Management." Managing Exquisite boosted Nicole's confidence, validating her hard work in the industry. Her achievements were recognized with the "Best Legs" Award at the Afro Model Awards in May 2014, presented by the Mayor of Hackney.

" I want thank my mum so much for being one of my biggest supporters as she has seen me grow as a person and helped me achieve the things I am today. My daughter Lateisha is the one person who keeps me going as she reminds me so much of myself, seeing her grow each day encourages me more to continue supporting the children and young people of today and lastly GOD. The lord has brought me through some tough times that I never thought I would come through. God has also given me the strength to bounce back from being betrayed and unloved by the people who you think will support and have your back the most, but I thank him for that because without it I wouldn't be able to understand or appreciate things in life and it has made me cherish and be grateful for the things I have. I just want to say that never let anyone tell you that you CANT do something because you CAN do anything if you put your mind to it. Never change who you are to fit in the crowd because by doing that your not being true to yourself. In order to make others happy you have to be happy within yourself. Sometimes you may think that you have it hard but there is always someone who is in a worst off position that you are in and you never know you story may encourage them to keep the faith and not give up."
